Who is the program for?
People who share useful, accurate information with research communities, colleagues and laboratories. You do not need a website to join. All promotion must be research-focused and clearly disclose your KOVA partnership.
What earns a commission?
An eligible new customer’s first purchase earns 25% of discounted product sales. Shipping and tax do not earn commission. Self-referrals, fraudulent purchases and cancelled orders are excluded. Refunds reduce commissions, including amounts already paid.
Do I earn on repeat orders?
Yes. Eligible purchases from linked customers earn 10% for the lifetime of their account, under the program guidelines.
How does my referral get tracked?
Share your personal referral link or partner code. Referral links have a 30-day attribution window. Codes can attribute qualifying purchases even without a link visit. Eligibility and attribution rules still apply; a referral does not guarantee a commission.
When can I receive a payout?
Commissions become eligible on the first of the month after confirmed delivery, with a $1 minimum balance. Payment details and applicable tax requirements are reviewed before the team processes a transfer. Arrival time depends on the payment method.
Do I need to buy anything to join?
No. Joining the partner program is free. You can review the catalog and batch certificates before recommending KOVA. The products are for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary consumption.
