Refunds & returns

All sales are final

We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. Once material has left our control we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and a vial whose chain of custody has a gap in it cannot be supplied to anyone else. Accepting returns would mean either destroying returned stock or passing on material we can no longer stand behind, and neither is a basis for a traceable supply.

This applies to change of mind, to ordering the wrong compound or vial size, and to material that turned out not to suit the work it was bought for. Please check your order before completing checkout.

If we got the order wrong

An error on our side is ours to correct. If your order arrives damaged, is short, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@kovagen.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents, and we will put it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Because orders are dispatched within one business day, that window is short — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Not covered

We cannot accept claims arising from use of a material outside a laboratory research context, from storage or handling after delivery, or from a material being unsuitable for a purpose it was not supplied for.
