Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada travel on an international service and may attract import duties, taxes or customs clearance, which are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot ship anywhere else at this time.

Processing

Orders are dispatched by the next business day after payment clears. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the following business day.

Rates and services

Every US order ships FedEx 2Day — two business days in transit after dispatch. Canadian orders travel FedEx International, typically 3–7 business days, subject to customs. Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Handling

Vials are packed to protect against damage in transit. Shipments are not temperature-controlled: they are not shipped on ice or refrigerated, and travel at ambient temperature, which is appropriate for lyophilized powder.

Tracking

A tracking reference is provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery, title and risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
