Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. We cannot ship anywhere else at this time.

Orders to Canada are shipped on an international service and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility, and delivery timescales depend on customs.

Processing

Orders are dispatched by the next business day after payment clears.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rates and services

Every U.S. order ships FedEx 2Day, with 2 business days after dispatch. Canadian orders travel FedEx International, typically 3–7 business days, subject to customs. Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more after discounts; below that, the shipping charge is $18. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Handling

Vials are packed to protect against damage in transit. Shipments are not temperature-controlled: they are not shipped on ice or refrigerated, and travel at ambient temperature, which is appropriate for lyophilized powder.

Tracking

A tracking reference is provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery, title and risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
