Tesamorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone analog studied for its effects on the GH/IGF-1 axis and visceral adipose tissue.
An FDA-approved tesamorelin medicine reduces excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. That approval does not extend to these research vials or general weight-loss use.

The Metabolic blend supplies 5-Amino-1MQ alongside NAD+ and MOTS-c. 5-Amino-1MQ is a small molecule studied as an NNMT inhibitor in metabolic research, and it is not a peptide.
5-Amino-1MQ evidence is preclinical. NNMT inhibition has not been shown to produce metabolic outcomes in people, and the three components arrive in one vial.

DSIP — delta sleep-inducing peptide — is a neuropeptide that has been studied in sleep and neuroendocrine research since the 1970s.
