An FDA-approved tesamorelin medicine reduces excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. That approval does not extend to these research vials or general weight-loss use.

The Metabolic blend supplies 5-Amino-1MQ alongside NAD+ and MOTS-c. 5-Amino-1MQ is a small molecule studied as an NNMT inhibitor in metabolic research, and it is not a peptide.
5-Amino-1MQ evidence is preclinical. NNMT inhibition has not been shown to produce metabolic outcomes in people, and the three components arrive in one vial.

CJC-1295 without DAC is a GHRH analog. Without the drug-affinity complex it does not bind serum albumin, which is why it is supplied and named as the unmodified form — also written modified GRF 1-29.
The two CJC-1295 forms are frequently conflated in the market, and both names appear for the same material. The identity result on that batch’s certificate — not the product name — is what establishes which molecule is in the vial.
