Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and Canada, and nowhere else at this time. Both destinations are stated in the footer of every page rather than discovered at checkout.
International supply raises import, control and approval questions that differ by destination, and a compound available for research supply in the United States implies nothing about its status elsewhere.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Other destinations are not available at checkout.
Shipping services
Orders are dispatched by the next business day after payment clears.
Every U.S. order ships FedEx 2Day, with 2 business days after dispatch. Canadian orders travel FedEx International, typically 3–7 business days, subject to customs. Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more after discounts; below that, the shipping charge is $18. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Orders to Canada are shipped on an international service and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility, and delivery timescales depend on customs.
A tracking reference is emailed when your order is dispatched. Use the carrier tracking page for the latest delivery estimate and any customs updates.
