How do I contact Kovagen?
Through the contact page. Support covers order status and tracking, certificates and lot information, account access and registration, and invoices and payment.
What we cannot advise on: use in humans or animals, and dosing, administration or reconstitution guidance for any such use. Inquiries of that nature will not be answered, in any channel. That is a legal boundary rather than a matter of preference.
For anything about a specific lot, quoting the lot number from the vial is the fastest route to an answer.
How to get a useful answer quickly
Include the identifiers up front. An order number for anything about a shipment; a lot number for anything about material or a certificate; the compound name and vial size for anything about the catalogue. Most exchanges that take several days do so because the first message did not contain enough to identify what it was about, and the reply had to ask.
Check whether the answer is already published before writing, because for a large share of enquiries it is, and reading it is faster than waiting. Certificates are retrievable by lot number without an account. Storage and handling of sealed material is covered in the handling section. One category will not receive an answer regardless of how it is phrased: anything about use in humans or animals, including dosing, administration and reconstitution. This is not a matter of discretion, and rephrasing the question as hypothetical or as being about a third party does not change it.
