Storage and handling
Vials are packed to protect against damage in transit. Shipments are not temperature-controlled: they are not shipped on ice or refrigerated, and travel at ambient temperature, which is appropriate for lyophilized powder.
Shipping
Where we ship. We ship to the United States and Canada. We cannot ship anywhere else at this time. Orders to Canada are shipped on an international service and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility, and delivery timescales depend on customs.
Processing. Orders are dispatched by the next business day after payment clears. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Rates and services. Every U.S. order ships FedEx 2Day, with 2 business days after dispatch. Canadian orders travel FedEx International, typically 3–7 business days, subject to customs. Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more after discounts; below that, the shipping charge is $18. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking. A tracking reference is provided by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns
We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. Once material has left our control we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and a vial whose chain of custody has a gap in it cannot be supplied to anyone else. Accepting returns would mean either destroying returned stock or passing on material we can no longer stand behind, and neither is a basis for a traceable supply.
This applies to change of mind, to ordering the wrong compound or vial size, and to material that turned out not to suit the work it was bought for. Please check your order before completing checkout.
