What it is

A three-compound blend supplied in a single vial: Cartalax at 10 mg, BPC-157 at 10 mg and TB-500 at 10 mg. The notation 10/10/10mg gives each component's mass in that order.

Cartalax is a synthetic tetrapeptide. BPC-157 is a 15-residue synthetic peptide. TB-500 is the full 43-residue thymosin beta-4 sequence. All three are peptides, which makes this blend chemically more homogeneous than Glow, Klow or Metabolic Blend.

It is also the only equal-mass three-component blend in the catalogue, with all components at 10 mg.

How it is produced

Supplied as a blend: the named components are combined and co-lyophilized into a single vial, with the mass of each component stated. The components are produced separately and characterised before combination.

This changes the analytical question. For a single compound, purity asks what share of the detected material was the target. For a blend there are several targets, and what matters is whether each named component is present at its stated mass — per-component identification and quantitation rather than one purity percentage.

Confirming identity

Three independent mass spectrometry confirmations, one per component. The three differ substantially in size — four, fifteen and forty-three residues — so distinguishing them from one another is unambiguous.

For TB-500 the identity result carries the additional job of confirming the full-length 43-residue sequence rather than the short fragment sold under the same name.

Analytical considerations

All three components being peptides means one class of analytical method applies across the vial, which is a simpler position than the mixed chemistry of Metabolic Blend.

The size spread is still wide enough that no single gradient is optimal for all three: a tetrapeptide is weakly retained under conditions that properly retain a 43-residue peptide, so the method is a compromise developed deliberately rather than a default.

Quantitation of each named component at its stated mass is the result that matters, and storage conditions are set by the least stable component.

What its certificate reports

A certificate for a lot of this material names the lot, names the issuing laboratory, and states for each parameter both the method used and the specification the result was measured against. Identity and purity are the two core results; net peptide content states how much of the fill weight is actually peptide.

A certificate belongs to a lot, not to a product line. When a new lot is released it is tested again, and the certificate published against it is that lot's certificate — a previous lot's result is never carried forward.
